Business Analyst - Spanish Bilingual 25% Travel Telecom Experience Required
International wireless communications company needs 3-4 strong Business Analysts to support work with Latin American countries. Business Analysts will write, refine and manage requirements for a large scale 3G network rollout. The position is based in Reston, VA.

Requirements |
Strong candidates will have the following skills:
Minimum 7 years of Business Analysis experience
MUST have a minimum of 5 years experience working in the telecommunications/wireless industry
Strong analytical skills and excellent documentation skills
Proven collaboration ability to work with a variety of project stakeholders and effectively engage cross-functional teams
All candidates must be completely bilingual in English and Spanish. Spanish language proficiency will be tested.
MUST be willing to do international travel 25% of time - specifically to Latin America for up to a week at a time
Experience with the full MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and be able to create use cases and Visio diagrams, write functional requirements, and test cases
Experience with full SDLC and Requisite Pro is a plus
