The Senior Client Services Manager works on a 3 person account team dedicated to Nielsen's Telecom Practice, delivering both wireless and wireline research to a variety of clients. The team makes business recommendations based on Nielsen data sources and data analysis, delivering presentations to VP, Director, and manager-level clients in both the Marketing and Engineering organizations. The position is responsible primarily for expanding the Marketing business at the client as well as finding other opportunities for selling and delivering small consulting projects. This will require developing and presenting analysis on how clients can use Nielsen information to plan their new wireless service and improve customer acquisition and retention of their existing Video, Internet and Phone business. This position reports to the Director heading the account team and is based at corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

¢ Develop and present high-quality custom marketing analyses based on Nielsen data and methodologies
¢ In conjunction with Nielsen Product Managers, develop opportunities to upsell new marketing products and as well as custom consulting services
¢ Guide Nielsen's new product development efforts by identifying and articulating client business requirements
¢ Manage the delivery of all aspects of Nielsen marketing and performance benchmarking services to the client- be responsible for the quality of all deliverables
¢ Enhance relationships with the client account to achieve revenue objectives
¢ Build, extend and maintain a wide network of contacts within the client organization


Requirements

¢ 5-8 years of work experience; MBA a plus
¢ Experience working within a management consulting firm, marketing research firm, management consulting firm or CPG marketing organization

¢ Strong analysis and presentation experience

¢ Experience within the telecommunications industry
¢ Proven experience producing, selling and delivering work to senior management
¢ Clear preference for a sales oriented, results-based, entrepreneurial environment
